Krebs, a biology and chemistry double major from Roaring Spring, Pa., was one of only seven students to receive the award, and was the only student from a baccalaureate college selected. Of the other recipients, three were from doctoral/research universities, two were from a master’s college and university institutions and one student was from an associates/public rural serving institution.
