Helpfully, the soup recipe used in the study is also included. And it sounds delicious.
Highlights include Materials list ("Soup") and several amusing citations, including: "Traditional chicken soup was prepared according to a family recipe, which will be referred to as “Grandma’s soup” (C. Fleischer; personal communication; 1970)."
All praise to Jeff Brand (Twitter @djjazzyjeffmby) for the link.
