  1. Hi I'm doing a negative staining for human cytomegalovirus. As you know negative staining will not let me see much details of inside the particles. I would like to see the capsids, tegument, and envelop, as distinct as your image show here. What staining did you/author perform? May I know the protocols of how you stain the viral particles please? I couldn't find any source of references and literatures from here. I appreciate your help.
