ASM and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) are pleased to support collaborations between US and Latin American scientists through these Fellowships and Professorships!
- Professorships: Funding for institutions in select Latin American countries to host a US professor to teach a hands-on antimicrobial resistance short course
- Fellowships: Funding for early career scientists in select Latin American countries to collaborate with US ASM members on research projects in the area of antimicrobial resistance

These grants may fund collaborations between scientists in the US and any of the following countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, or Peru. To learn more about the program click "source".
