Alzheimer's disease - a neurospirochetosis. Analysis of the evidence following Koch's and Hill's criteria.

Borrelia burfgdorferi and several oral Treponemas spirochetes were found in Alzheimer's disease brains, and are able to promote beta-amyloid depositiion and tau phosphorylation in vitro. Early detection and eradication could have a marked effect on the development of Alzheimer's disease.(published by Judith Miklossy)
