Here is an interesting paper regarding pathogenic islands of staphylococci. It is extremely interesting from an evolutionary standpoint, a pathogenic standpoint, and as a virus fan such as myself, a virological standpoint. It is kind of old so I am not sure if u covered it. It later was included largely in a more recent review on the subject.
