Just in time for discussions on the Food Safety Enhancement Act is the Friday opening of a new documentary called Food, Inc. From the official website - "Filmmaker Robert Kenner lifts the veil on our nation's food industry, exposing the highly mechanized underbelly that has been hidden from the American consumer with the consent of our government's regulatory agencies, USDA and FDA."
From the trailer it looks as if there is significant attention to food safety issues. I am curious to what the reception of the film will be.
