Phenotypic test done for conformation of this organisms.
specimens: CSF

1. india ink prep: yeast cell and budding yeast cell seen.
2. physiological n biochemical test: Urea hydrolysis test: positive after 48hrs of incubation at 37'c.
3. blood agar: grown of yeast cell after 48hrs of incubation at 37'c.

so, this organisms ia reported as cryptococcous neoformans.
